The Halloween Parade is not an OHNA event, but it brings a ton of people and trick-or-treaters to the neighborhood.

The parade starts at Laurel/Main at Monroe Park. It marches South on Laurel Street to the Overlook, then North on Pine Street to Albemarle. The parade usually wraps up at Pleasants Park at Laurel/Albemarle. Weather has shortened the parade route in the past.
