Trash

Richmond DPU picks up the supercans weekly in Oregon Hill on Wednesday mornings. All trash must be in a city-provided supercan to ensure pickup. Trash is not picked up on city holidays and is usually picked up a day later.

Supercans should be placed on City property or in the public right-of-way no earlier than 4:00 p.m. the day prior to collection and requires the receptacles be removed by 7:00 a.m. the day after collection.
